Our cancellation policy requires a notification of 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy: Cancellations made within the last 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and for weekend reservations the balance due will be charged, unless the room is reserved by another guest.
